We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel - it's very clean, nice rooms, not too stuffed with the furniture, either recently remodeled or well maintained, convenient parking and very decent breakfast.

Front desk was very helpful.

Window shade was broken, pillows flat and low light in room and bathroom. Property is upgraded and clean.

From start to finish (I can’t believe we made it) this hotel was a mess. I wasn’t arriving to a Hampton Inn expecting luxury, but also not the stay we had either. First, the room we were provided smelled of mold and mildew. We asked for a change of rooms in which they gave us the room directly next door… which also smelled of mildew (these were on the ground floor). We mentioned the problem again & they said we can leave (it’s 1:30am). Eventually we were provided another room & that room smelled like sewage. We decided to just get through the night… which turned into roughing it for our stay. Out of the 3 nights and 4 days we never once received housekeeping. I asked 4x throughout our stay to have our room cleaned. I spoke to the front desk twice, the manager and the house keeper outside our door once… never received housekeeping. I asked for the manager to call me, never received a call. Expedia tried to call them several times & also never received a response.
