The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room and bed was very comfy and enjoyable. The breakfast offerings were very good and plentiful. Definitely will be staying there again.

Excellent stay

We grabbed Clorox wipes and cleaned every hard surface we could, the room was dirty when we arrived. Notified the front desk and they didn’t offer any help. Just asked what room we were in. The hallways we stayed in was noisy. Other guests did not respect any quiet hours. People slamming doors all night and early in the morning. I would not stay here again.

We only stayed overnight. The room was very clean and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious!

The room was clean and modern, the breakfast area was tidy, and parking was excellent. There’s lots of great shopping and food within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff was amazing. Housekeeping was another story. First my husband and I noticed there wasn't a DND sign for the door. Apparently, they ran out a few days before. We also noticed the carpet was dirty, like it hadn't been vacuumed. How we noticed was because my husband had dropped his room card and seen a few ants. Then in the restroom, as I was getting out of the shower, I noticed a couple more. Mind you, we were on the second floor. My husband also had accidentally left his phone charger. When he went back to get it an hour later, the front desk stated the guy who cleans the rooms had left and should have brought anything left in the rooms to the lost and found, but it wasn't there. They said they would call but here we are over 24 hours later and nothing. This shocks me about The Hampton and a Hilton property.

I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well . The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part. Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can . When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor . The staff gave us some $ off .
