Wonderful

Great service, great location. Enjoyed breakfast and lots of outdoor space to walk my dog.

It was a very decent hotel, it was under construction but it was still quiet and we were never disturbed by any noise. The location is surrounded by a variety of resturants and shopping options. Would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was that our room was never serviced, i had to ask the front desk for fresh towels.

Enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights, 4 days. Check-out was at 11am, which was enough time for us to gather all our things and our three boys (8, 4, 3). We clogged the toilet and they immediately offered us another, comparable room to move into. We refused the room because we had already unpacked, so they gave us access to another/empty room’s bathroom until they could unclog the toilet. They ended up unclogging it within an hour anyway, which was very convenient. The staff were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was standard, which we expected. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7, which is especially helpful. There is a coffee machine in the room as well, and coffee/cream for the in-room machines are available whenever you need it at the front desk. Overall, everything was easily accessible, the staff were helpful, and the room was big enough for our family of five. I’d return the next time we stay in Sacramento (which will likely be for the Thanksgiving Holiday next year, again).

The Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The problem we had was the room Heater could not be shut off. It would kick in about every 30 to 45 minutes and was very loud. Not much sleep during the night. The staff was very friendly
