Beautiful furnishings, convenient, spacious rooms.
We checked in rather later, but staff was helpful and made us feel welcome. Surprised with spacious room with multiple seating arrangements. Elegant furnishings appeared new. There was plenty of parking near entrance. We slept well on bed.

We stayed in room 124. If I hadn’t been so tired from traveling all day, I would’ve requested a room change. The mirror in bathroom had toothpaste marks, walls had splatter marks, night stand had food crumbs and wrapper on it and one of the head boards was dirty. Front desk guy was very nice. Lobby was clean and breakfast was good.

Traveled on Christmas day and the clerk who check us in was friendly and welcoming. Lobby had complementary tea, coffee, water or hot cocoa that was really nice after a long day or traveling. Breakfast was nice too with a wide variety of options.

Our room type was oversold when we checked in. Luckily they were able to accommodate us, but this was very disappointing as it caused us to have to wait to check in. My kids liked the pool area, they said the pool was warm and the pool was clean and well maintained. I did have to go to the desk and ask for towels for the pool. Overall, the stay was fine.
