Room is clean.
Our room was clean, breakfast very good and plentiful.
Hidden Fees and Pushy Employee.
We booked this room because of major local power outages, however the hotel was going to charge me additional fees. The front desk employee approached my Mom and I four times. It made us both very uncomfortable so we chose to leave.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Only thing I found the coffee pot set up in the bathroom unusual instead of in the living area. And an old moldy coffee pouch in the pot. Other than that I can not complain. The breakfast was efficient and very clean.

Pool was closed. Heat did not work in our room. Garbage in our room from previous guests. Very disappointed!

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Waited. Walked around saying "hello"? Finally someone emerged from the back, never said a word to us, just handed us a key card. Went up to the room, all was well until 730 am when people and children were slamming doors, yelling in the hallway, running up and down the hall screaming...at 730 am on a SUNDAY. This went on for an hour when we finally gave up trying to sleep and went downstairs for breakfast. Then checked out...again NO ONE at the front desk. If theres a group at the hotel, maybe dont put people outside the group on the same floor? This was just really not a good experience.
