Our water pressure in our room was very poor.

This is now our go-to hotel in Chico, which we visit a few times annually to see family. It has an up-to-date feel, the hotel staff have always been friendly, helpful and efficient, and the rooms are well-designed. It isn't a luxury hotel, but it provides good value for money.
