The beds have rather uncomfortable comforter covers made from a crinkled synthetic fiber that you inevitably have next to your face. The breakfast is about what you'd expect from a mid-price hotel chain, but I was astonished on the second day that they had no caffeinated tea whatsoever. Lots of decaf Earl Grey, but none of the regular kind.
