Outstanding hotel for a moderately priced Hampton Inn. Newly renovated. Rooms, bath, bedding and hallway recently redecorated. Staff very polite. Expansive breakfast buffet.

Nice large room. Comfortable bed and quiet hotel. Great selection for the free breakfast and lots of coffee available. The location is great for Clovis, right by Blake's and Dion's. Two New Mexico staples. We would gladly stay here again

$75 non-refundable pet charge. 9 other hotels on this trip charged $20-35, sometimes refundable. Urine at base of toilet, toilet seat VERY loose and unsafe (I fixed it), dirty floor, torn shower curtain, soap dispenser empty, broken soap dish, coffee machine inoperable, lampshade and headboards in bad shape, door handle smashed into and damaged wall (prior to our stay), lightbulb out, dirty walls, no laundry bag.

Everything is good except driving to parking lots ( abrupt slope), otherwise it is very nice place to stay.

Bathroom was dirty. A lot of hair on bathroom countertop and in shower/tub. Lack of effort on simple wipe down and sweeping was concerning.
