The wait for the elevators were from two to five minutes- way too long! The cleaning crew - did not show up , even when we ask for device! We have to ask repeatedly for clean towels! Very disappointing, paying money and not getting adequate services!

Breakfast was good. Had variety of options to pick from. Location is great, walking distance to french quarter and bourbon st. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Room was clean.

The breakfast was great. The property was very clean. We enjoyed the gym. The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was the attitude of one of the front desk employees. Everyone was very pleasant except for one person who acted like we were a burden to her asking two simple questions.
