A month ago, I gave this property a less than stellar rating due to a broken toilet seat, uncomfortable bed, noisy air conditioner, uninteresting breakfast, etc. This time, I’m giving an excellent rating because my room had few of these issues and the breakfast had much more interesting, tasty choices. I have only two small complaints: the shower wasn’t particularly clean or well maintained and the TV/drawer console rattles with every step as it did in previous room.

When I booked the rooms, I noted this Hampton Inn had an excellent rating, so was surprised when my room wasn’t up to par. The toilet seat was disconnected from the toilet, the shower door area was dirty, I could hear loud footsteps from the room above, the air conditioner rumbled loudly ay times, the bed was soft only in the middle while hard on either side and breakfast was nothing special.

This is just a typical low quality hotel chain. Terrible breakfast, basic rooms. Only booked due to few hotels in the area.
