Very pleasant with excellent staff assistance.
Arrived late and they were ready to take care of me with fast check in and choice of rooms. I had a couple of changes and requests and all were handled quickly and with a great attitude. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

The hotel was just fine. Very clean and in good condition. I had two issues though…the first morning I needed assistance and looked all over the front desk area and yelled hello trying to get someone’s attention. I found a gal sweeping the hallway with both ear buds in - turns out she was the manager who was managing the front desk. It was weird. Leave an ear bud out! The second night at 10:30 there were people trying to get into our room. They left and came back shortly trying to get in again. I was alone with my two young daughters so it startled us all but it turned out it was a couple who had been given keys to our room…they had been given our already occupied room. So that sucked.
