Although the overall hotel and rooms were clean, I encountered a problem in my room and had to be put into another room. Although they apologized for the inconvenience, they were unable to adjust the bill because I booked it with a third party, which is you. Even though I don't travel on a frequent basis, I was given 19,000 points to be used on my next booking.
