Breakfast and convenient friendly staff

Our stay was a family trip we reserved 2 rooms and we were no where near eachother. One room was on 2nd floor other on 5th floor. Which was not ideal. Breakfast was very good but very hard when it was super busy. Think the would benefit in opening up the room where the food is take down the wall and make it one big open area . But everything was tastey and hot or cold. Perfect temps. Staff was wonderful and kind. We would absolutely go back.

I enjoyed the property. Perfect size room for my small family. Sergio(older male) I believe is his name, did an amazing job of getting us to and from the mall. He was very welcoming, kind, and patient. The only inconvenience I had was having to go to a different floor to get ice but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is great and staff are nice. I did however have a few problems which contributed to my raining. 1st issue is that the room had an Odor like sweat and someone’s body. It didn’t smell fresh and clean. Staff put some type of purifier in our room when we were gone but when we returned, it did not work as the smell still lingered. I mysteriously became extremely ill within hours of the stay ( not sure if it was from something I ate or maybe someone there was sick ). I became so ill that we had to check out and go home so I can go to the hospital. I originally booked for two nights and asked staff since we were checking out early Was I able to get a refund for the last night and I was told no. I was not happy with this due to the circumstances and the fact that they are able to then just resell the room to someone else for the night. This is the reason for my low rating as there was no flexibility. I did book the room with the understanding that there would be no refunds if I canceled, but I was not aware that that meant even under circumstances such as becoming ill, and having to leave early etc., (which I think an expedition in this case is warranted).

Good overall. But the bed wasn't comfortable I think they need to change mattresses. But yes I will go back again

I found this site and this hotel had great reviews so i decided to take a chance and stay here....so glad that i did. We were going to NJ for long weekend for husbands birthday. He wanted to go to the American Dream mall. The hotel provided shuttles to the mall that was super easy to do and such a money saving from parking fees. The shuttle driver was great. They came in 10 min of calling to be picked up or dropped off. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing...Norma was at the front desk and super helpful, funny and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was a full breakfast..eggs, waffles, fruit, sausage and fresh bakery items from a local bakery. If you want a hotel close to the attractions this is the one for you. You will not be disappointed.
