The beds were broken, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the towels were old, and the sheets had stains. Staff were overworked and not pleasant to guests. Shuttle was not available.

Breakfast was good. The shuttle is very convenient. The hotel was nice. Only complaint is that we traveled with a young baby and the tub in the room was broken so bathtime was a bit of a challenge.
