Excellent Experience
We were very pleased with the Hotel Room, very clean and well maintained. The Staff that we encountered was very helpful and friendly. The Morning Breakfast was especially good and well taken care of. Shout out to Rosa who was constantly working to keep items full and was so friendly! Definitely will choose this hotel again when we come to watch the Fever!
The best stay
We came to Indy to watch the Fever play. This hotel could not have been much closer to Gainbridge Arena. We walked everywhere for two days before going to the game. There was so much to do where we were. The breakfasts were good and we had plenty to each. Parking was very close. There was a parking garage across the road or you could Valet. The staff were very good and helpful. The rooms were not huge but they were very comfortable. We could not have been happier. We highly recommend this place.
Solid downtown option
This hotel has excellent location and value. Check in was easy with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a spacious breakfast area with good free breakfast. The bed was comfortable. We are scheduled to be back in a few months and look forward to it.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Downtown Indy! We attended the Rascal Flatts concert at Gainbridge and it was so convenient to be able to walk to dinner and the show and back. We will do it again!
Comfortable and clean close to venues
Compassionate Staff
We were there for a ceremony at the state capital for fallen officers, my son was one, died 911 2024. The staff members that knew were very very compassionate to us.

Angelica gave us a warm and friendly check-in. The breakfast area was clean and welcoming. During breakfast, K was especially attentive and made sure everything was accessible.

Comfortable, clean and great location in downtown. Parking at $55 a night seems really steep.
