Lovely room immaculately cleaned - housekeeping did a wonderful job! Loved the luxurious lotions and soaps - the silkiness and fragrances were a treat!
Loved the choices at breakfast, great coffee and juice and friendly staff who kept everything clean and stocked!
Air conditioner was on when we thought it not necessary. The hallways were cold and the breakfast room a little chilly but fortunately we were able to heat our room and recover from the chill and had packed an extra layer that came in handy when we left our room.
That being said, we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again! Had a GREAT stay!

A little vacation away to visit Jasper. Loved the city. Hotel was comfortable. The hottub was relaxing. Shower was a good size.

We often stay here. We have family in the area. It’s a lovely place with very friendly and helpful staff. The Schnitzelbanc restaurant is next door and that is also a plus.

The location is convenient, next to our customary restaurant after golf. But this hotel has aggressively raised their prices for the past few years.

We love staying at this hotel. It is always remarkably clean & the staff is super nice! My husband did have some issues with the wifi on his phone (it never worked— mine was fine, though) & could never get our Firestick to connect, either. But overall, that was a minor issue and we will definitely stay here again!
