The front desk clerk at check-in was very friendly and personable. She made us feel very welcome. There were snacks of fruit and popcorn available for no charge. The area was clean and festively decorated for Valentines. Although we were shocked at the high ($75) pet fee, I appreciated that it was clearly displayed on signage at the desk.
