We were on a long road trip and drove as far as Joliet, IL that evening to escape an impending snowstorm. The Hampton Inn saved our trip… the check in clerk was very friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate, warm and quiet. The simple pleasures of a shower and breakfast were much appreciated. Then we were to be on our way when the vehicle wouldn’t start in sub zero weather. Long story short… this hotel staff went above and beyond to help us from trying a jumpstart to helping locate towing services to offering cookies and beverages during our 4+ hours in their comfortable lobby. This Hampton Inn staff made our miserable travel experience better knowing there are still good people in this world!

The room was very clean and updated. I was able to set the temperature of the room to where I like it. Staff was courteous and breakfast was okay.

I stayed here with my grandkids. It was a super clean location, the rooms have been remodeled and were super comfortable. Our first experience walking in was just great. We were greeted by the front desk clerk Jess and she was one of the best hotel employees I have come across in a long long time. My grandkids just loved her. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The breakfast was great a lot of options for everyone. The tub was great and had the hottest water I've ever seen in a hotel.
