The people at Hampton were wonderful, especially Elijah. He went above and beyond to help us and was very pleasant. He is a wonderful young man and will make a great manager. Thank you Elijah.

The room was very clean. Nice to have fridge and microwave available. The room was spacious as we had two double bed room. Unfortunately we did not use pool exercise room or breakfast so we are unable to review those but facilities looked nice.

Hotel was nice but staff was very slow. Stood in lobby for 40 min waiting to check in with no one in lobby and receptionist on phone. Told front desk needed a crib at check in and on reservation and still had to make several phone calls to get crib to our room. Waited 15 min on phone to call about the crib and crib finally showed up 1 hour after requested. Had 1 year old and couldn’t go to bed until it showed up. Very frustrating.

I wish there was an outdoor area patio to hang out. We had a long wait till we headed to the airport. We spent most of it in the room and the lobby. Would have liked an outdoor space.
