Best staff I have ever experienced. They are all super friendly and very helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the wait staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The rooms were very clean the beds were comfortable. Restaurants, Casinos and Ballpark is in Walking Distance. Airport is 10 minutes away. I stayed 4days and definitely will be back. Very quiet Area. Thank you for your Wonderful Hospitality!

The reason this only gets an OK from my family is the fact that the security we felt there was not up to par. Had went to the strip while my younger (but old enough) children stayed to swim at the hotel and another family entered both rooms due to a miscommunication at check in (not our fault) and scared my kids. The front office called up to the room to let us know while my kids were explaining it to us and then said they could call back once everything was figured out, I explained we had to be up in just a few hours and we could just discuss it then and she called up to the room at 1150pm (we had to be up at 330) so the call was unappreciated at that time. Frustrating to not only have another family enter both of our rooms, but then to receive a call confirming our credit card on file at 1150pm. Will not be staying there in the future I don’t think. Nothing was really done to show their concern about the security breach.

A young man named Isom that helped maintain the breakfast was incredible! He kept it clean, well stocked and was so helpful to us guests. He had a big smile as he took care of the breakfast area. Hampton is so lucky to have a team member like him. It was so nice to just walk to Alligiant Stadium and back for our concert. It was perfect.

Filthy, all amenities closed with no warning, rude staff. Never again!

Shower was very aged. Smell in the room smelled as though someone had been smoking in it previously.

It’s good! Nothing special. Good customer service. Dumb you have to pay for parking separate from your booking. Our AC was out in the first room we were in but staff fixed it quickly!
