Checking in was my only hickup, as my bank did not immediately approve my deposit. Property is clean, room and beddings was very good and breakfast was on the mark. Not a fan of the entry and exit, too close to major street with barely sidewalk. I'd stay again.

Convenient location and fair price for what you get. Your only real option is paying to valet you car since the only other option is parking on side of street, so expect that.

Brenda in housekeeping was absolutely incredible. Front office lady was rude , and used a lot of customer service terms to basically say she won’t help or do anything. I booked a suite but for a room because the front desk girl said suites were unfortunately booked out but I could upgrade to one , ridiculous. Parking should always be included I hate that it’s an extra fee especially when no other parking options are available. My least favorite Hilton !

Nice and clean and accommodating staff

We routinely stay in Burbank when we visit our son who lives here. This was our first time at this Hampton Inn and it is not a hotel that we will choose to stay at again. There were several things about this hotel that we did not like: The property is right on the street so there is limited driveway to pull up and park for registration check-in. That is inconvenient. There is no option for self park, only valet parking, which is also very inconvenient. The valet did bring the car around quickly but if it had been busier it would have been a hassle. As I was heading to the elevator the staff member was spraying air freshener in the lobby to cover up the smell of pot which I noticed. I got to my room I could hear multiple guests next door who were very loud so I asked to change rooms. The front desk person was able to make the switch. In the second room we could hear the guests above us walking and several times they dropped something that made a very loud noise like a bowling ball! The building has pathetic sound-proofing construction. For these reasons we will not choose this property in the future.

I loved the snack bar and the breakfast was excellent! It was perfect for our stay and was close to everything we needed to do and see!
