Not my favorite experience.
I've stayed at many Hamptons and always been great. I called to book this reservation and when I mentioned I have Triple A and AARP the person booking just say you can do that when you check in. It was late at night when I arrived and leaving early in the morning. The person behind the desk tried to be understanding and said I booked through a third party. That isn't what the person booking answered when specifically asked "is this is Hampton in Burbank"..the answer was yes. Finally got to my room and the bed looked like sheets were not even fresh. I was too tired to bother we anything so just went to sleep and left in the morning. Staff was nice and that should be mentioned.

The Hampton Inn and Suites was really nice. Comfortable bed, everything clean and fresh. Only one negative. The cooked breakfast items were cold. So, the waffles, fruit, cereals were nice.

Staff was nice and welcoming. I love the variety of breakfast. The cleanliness our stay was great except FYI There is no laundry on site but there is laundry place around the corner. There is no parking inside the premises unless you want to pay valet parking $25 a day or park on the street. That is the only Minus point I will give but overall staff and facility very clean very friendly .

Seemed like the best value at the time when I needed to find a place to stay to catch a decent nights sleep before my flight the next day.
This place is close to the airport which was convenient & it has all the amenities needed such as pool, gym, & breakfast.
The breakfast was limited but the staff was friendly & helpful.
The gym was tiny but has everything needed for a good workout. Cardio machines & dumbbells.
Didn’t get to use the pool area.
The reason for average rating is that the bed & pillows could use upgrades. Wouldn’t have been comfortable for more than 1 night.
