there were several miscommunications on Hamptons side regarding actual reservation and room type. shower pressure was non existent and water was cold.

Water was cold unable to shower this am Staff xtra accomadating.

If you are staying more than one night it would have been nice to have more than two washclothes because of your every other day rule.

Very clean hotel and the room was precious. Breakfast was okay.

I did not stay at said hotel. I did not feel safe. I wish I had a refund due to false ad advertisement.

Clean, well appointed rooms. Good proximity to old town.

Beds were comfortable. Good assortment for breakfast.

Nice hotel

All great but and it’s a real bummer but, the Hot tub did not work and my main reason for booking with them was for the Hot tub!!!

I chose this hotel because it had a unique feature of a whirlpool bath in the room. I saw photos on the website and when I booked the room was labelled as "king suite with whirlpool". When we arrived the front desk person, who was very nice, informed us that the room had been renovated and there was no longer a whirlpool in the room. He continued to book us in but never offered a discount, then took us to look at the room. During this time he also informed us that the hotel's jacuzzi did not work. The room was nice/clean but looked like every other room. We decided to not stay at this location due to the lack of promised amenities. The front desk cancelled our stay but because we booked through Expedia he couldn't give me a refund. Currently waiting on that and hoping it's not another issue.
