Family visit, full breakfast, great coffee, lacking luggage carts to help the elderly move bags to room only saw one this visit.

Clean Room
It was just fine for a night stay. Room clean and tidy. No click though and at breakfast they ran out of several items. I will be back because it was near my friends house.
It was pleased with the rooms and the helpful staff.

When we checked into our room it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. After complaining to the front desk we were given a second room which only had queen beds. The keys did not work to enter the room after several trips to the front desk for new keys we were given a third room which smelled better but the pillows smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. I am extremely disappointed in Hampton inn. I expected better. After one night we checked out.
