It seems contradictory to offer free breakfasts, which are are a very friendly touch and then nickel and dime customers on parking, which does not engender positive feelings about the hotel.

Staff and hotel.
The hotel was clean and neat. The staff was friendly. Their "hello, how are you?" was genuine not some rote phrase that they had to say. The only negative was having to pay for parking. Raise the rates and make parking free. I also liked the ease of paying a tip through the phone.

Unacceptable parking process.
The new parking registration took longer than hotel signin. This makes this hotel unacceptable even though I have used Hampton for over 40 years.

Overall a good property, but I was unhappily surprised to learn there is a $15 per day parking fee. For an area where nearly all guests would have cars it should be included in the room rate so it is compatible to other hotels in the area. On top of that I was required to fill out an app to pay for parking which took a few minutes.

It was a convient location for visiting friends in the area. The included breakfast adequate but had no variety from day today. It was very crowded with families so no seating available and lack of food several days we just went to a local Starbucks instead.

Loved the hotel, very good staff, breakfast, everything was just great.
Only 1 complain that I have is why are they charging the parking fee per day? Parking was all empty and it's not like it's in the downtown area.

Becareful to verify you are getting what Expedia advertises is what you actually are going to get from the property. Also, several rooms do not have electricity in the bathrooms. They don't tell you this unless you call for maintenance. The building is old & needs to be rewired, so there is no fix for the problem, but to change rooms. They did give me some points to use for the inconvenience. Did not make a good 1st impression.
