The desk associates were great. So nice and answered my questions. In room was great. Clean and comfy.
Hampton was nice and front desk helpful.
The hotel blocks did not make my reservation. There was no confirmation number on the Hampton side under my name or the brides name. I am being refunded but I had to make another reservation at a higher rate.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!

Room was clean. Staff was nice! Hotel had no hot water so cold shower it was..contacted the front desk about the issue thinking maybe was just my room…turns out it was the whole hotel and management was aware of the issue and hadn’t fixed the problem(yet still renting rooms)
