First visit a good one
First time visiting Ellensburg and could not have found a better location. The front counter staff gave us a friendly welcome and very helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and very ample and clean. It had all the necessary conveniences. The work out room and pool area are inside. The morning breakfast is suitable but very similar to those of other Hilton Properties.
Inattentive desk clerk and music noise from entrance all night.
A woman was sitting out front when we walked in with our bags. She saw us but did not move. We walked inand there was a sign stating we are away from the desk assisting another customer so we waited. Finally a janitor came in and said just a moment I will get her. The lady sitting out front was the desk clerk. Then we were in the room above the entrance and we had to listen to the piped music all night. It needs to be turned down after midnight at least.
Nice having a decent hotel in Ellen'sburg. urg.
Sweet Rolls would be nice instead of Bagels only.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was wonderful, even including fresh blue and blackberries! The breakfast attendant was very kind and efficient.
