Pleasantly Surprised!
The hotel was very nice and the room very well appointed.
All aspects of my experience were quite good.
Reservation process was quick and easy. All personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, pleasant and quiet, bed very comfortable. Plenty of linens. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Restful Stay
We had two events to attend in Webster. It was nice to come back to the hotel and get a restful night's sleep. It was a full hotel with a large group of teens for a sporting event but our room was quiet. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will return.

W.e have stayed here before and loved it but not this time we had ants in our room and kids playing hockey in the halls and ruff housing through the whole building and I had a small child with me she was crying because it was so loud and she wanted to sleep I called several time to the front desk with no one answering my calls or messages
