Amazing front desk.
Angela at the front desk was amazing we had a small problem that was taken care of immediately with a smile very professionally.
The people at the desk were terrific, very nice and welcoming.
I generally stay at Hampton Inns, because they are generally consistent. I just have a small complaint. The hair dryer did not work. I not not have a mattress cover on the bed and the sheets were dingy. I could have asked for another hair dryer, but did not want to take the time and was not terribly important to me, but might have been to someone else. The sheets etc, I was just too tired from driving for 9 hours to take notice until this morning. Otherwise, my mini doxie and I prefer to stay at Hampton Inns. Alyce Gaston.

The Breakfast was amazing ( the waffles) in particular and it was clean.. the coffee was so good! Our room was very clean so after we stayed one night…. I booked us for an additional two extra nights. This will be my go to place to stay in foley from now on .

They over charged us by $600.00 what the hotels.com price was. The hotel was under construction and we were never informed. When confronted about the bill, took 6 times before getting it corrected. The ice was so dirty we didn’t use it. Overall very unhappy. Management wasn’t concerned we were unhappy. We come every year for archery and won’t be staying at a Hampton again.

My trip was in conjunction with the death of a loved one so it was not for fun but the hotel helped by being clean and comfortable and I appreciated the ease of check in and check out even with the changes I made. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at the Hampton Inn in Foley.

The property was nice, but it is being renovated. When we got off the elevator, the construction workers were in the hallway, and it was so dusty. Maybe a suggestion of closing off a floor to renovate. We’re sure it will be a very nice place to stay when completed. Bed was comfortable, clean room and good breakfast!
