Loose food and stains on sheets/mattress.
After a late checkin and 1st morning, I identified chips, food crumbs and unidentified stains on sheets and mattress. Very disgusting and was even more dissatisfied with manager remedy to only change sheets. I had to demand the mattress either be replaced or at least be turned over. There was no other eduction in room rate or other remedy offered. I will not stay at that location ever again.

Lovely hotel but mixed messages. When we booked this hotel is listed as dog friendly with a $50 fee added. When we arrived there was a sign posted outside that they were smoke and pet free. Mild panic since we had prepaid for two rooms. When we explained at the desk we were told the dog could stay but it was a $75 fee which we paid. Most dog fees are $25-35. We essentially forfeited any money saved for prepayment with this high fee.

Good clean room just a couple oversights, needed to get a blanket for the pull out and conditioner for our shower was out. Nothing major. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk worker was a delight. However, the pool area was cold, the pool water was freezing, the hot tub was lukewarm, and not clean. Furthermore, the jets in the hot tub were inoperable. When we inquired about adjusting the temperature, the front desk staff member informed us that he lacked the authority to modify the heat settings for the pool area, the pool, or the hot tub. He did attempt to assist by increasing the temperature in the front area. I requested a late checkout and encountered a random individual claiming to be hotel staff, who was walking down the hallway checking doors in an attempt to gain access to rooms.

Our heat in our room ran constantly. Even when turned off. Had to open our window to be able to sleep. The toilet was also leaking on the floor.
