The rooms were clean and the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions that we had. Just all around a great place to stay and we’ll definitely return.

Great location in the Clearwater Beach area. Convenient to small store, shopping and restaurants. Though the facility was under some renovation during our stay, noise was well-managed and the area remained clean. Staff were pleasant. Respectful of need for service animal.

Great place to stay at! Staff were great, building was extremely clean and room was more than exceptional. Private beach area and pool was a plus. Highly recommended.

I stay in Tampa once per month and am always looking for new hotels, better deals, etc. This hotel was nothing like I expected and was EXTREMELY overpriced in my opinion. * The restaurant and bar were shut down, this was not mentioned on their website when booking and pricing wasn't adjusted. * The pool was closed due to construction, also not mentioned or reflected in the price. * The A/C in the room wouldn't go below 68 degrees. (Thank goodness it was cooler outside because we had to sleep with the door to the balcony open) * The shower was awful, there was limited water pressure and the wall would vibrate every few seconds. * The breakfast had a good selection of pastries, yogurt, etc. but there were no bacon/sausage/protein options. until the 4th day I was there. * The fridge in the studio suite was a MINI FRIDGE, I couldn't fit a regular leftover box in there and had to throw away the food I brought back to my room. * The bed wasn't very comfortable, not horrible, but I expected more for a hotel that charges about $300/night. What I did like: * The hotel is in a great area (aside from the traffic, but that's to be expected due to the location) * The coffee was hot each morning * The staff was nice * The desk in the room was a good size and offered plenty of space.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos e nos deixaram fazer um late check-out (pois havia disponibilidade).

Hotel maravilhoso, localização excelente, otimo cafe da manha, piscina e praia privativa tudo muito bom. O unico senão é a taxa absurdamente cara para o estacionamento do carro de 25 dolares/dia.
