Absolutely the best
Suanny was outstanding my wife and I arrived at 6:30 pm after a 13 hr drive, when we went to check in it showed that we had no reservation, we had all the information that was texted to our phone, Suanny took care of us with everything finding a room upgrade and helping a couple of senior citizens feel welcome, Hilton you have a Great, Caring employee who should be rewarded for her kindness and professionalism, Thank You Suanny for everything! We will be staying at this Hotel when we travel through that city again 10 Stars.

Guy who checked us in was rude. Charged a fee to park which wasn’t in the description of property. Lady in the morning check out was as nice as could be although she didn’t email my receipt like she said she would. Breakfast lady was lovely.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. My kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool even when it was snowing outside. The room was clean and modern. The staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely come back and recommend.
