Great location for Sky basketball at Wintrust arena. Close to green line for 2 stop trip to the Art Institute. This just became my go-to hotel for Chicago!

Room was decent sized, nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They greeted us every time they saw us. I have a fear of heights and requested a lower floor with zero problems. Breakfast was a nice continental breakfast with waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage and cereal. Self parking behind the hotel was $50 but better than trying to find parking on the street.

They claim to have valet parking but that was not the case. The only parking was over a twenty mine walk away. Can you imagine walking the busy streets of Chicago with all our luggage. Very disappointed.

Staff member I interacted with was excellent. That includes if I met an employee on the elevator down the hall and especially at the front desk I wanna give a special shout out to a manager on duty by the name of Kelly.
