Staff was very helpful and friendly towards us and our pets. The room was wonderful. Nice, bright and very spotless. Everything we could need was available for use. Our next visit in November will definitely reserving a room at the Hampton Inn. Thank you, The Pendleton Family.
Needs carpets cleaned and Ventilation checked.
While the service we recieved at Hampton Inn was great as always( because we typically stay there every year), the carpets needed cleaned as our room had a very large red stain right at the bedside and the filters need changes on the air conditioning unit. The room smelled very musty. We had to purchase room air sanitizer to help with the odor. The smell was not only in the rooms but in the halls as well(just worse in the rooms).
