No towels or facecloth for morning upon request to front desk,.
I was disappointed in not being able to have fresh towels to shower this morning.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room very clean.
Old and dated.
Carpet was damp and room smelled like carpet fresh so much it made my eyes water. They moved us to another dated, run down room. but at least the carpet was dry.
Amazing Weekend Getaway
My experience was nothing short of amazing. The ENTIRE STAFF was AMAZING. I plan on coming back next month.

Not friendly, not helpful, NEVER st ay here. We booked on hotels.com. They had a problem on their end. Despite having a confirmation number and a RECEIPT showing we paid, they wouldn't let us into the room until WE figured it out. Waited to speak to someone from hotels.com for over an hour and then another hour to get it resolved--AT MIDNIGHT with a child. The front desk called the owner and he said to make us figure it out. What a jack--s.
