Visit with grandkids
Love this inn always clean and friendly; excellent breakfast each morning. Only disappointment was the indoor pool was really cold. We were told it was heated, but it was certainly not.
Updated comfy and good access
My room was updated, very clean and had all the amenities needed. A full array for breakfast. Friendly, professional staff. The motel is just outside downtown Black Mountain, making it easy to get anywhere around quickly.

Husband happy happy stay
Very nice stay at this Hampton Inn in Black Mountain, NC. Plan to return in the winter; heated pool lovely outdoor patio, beautiful views and close to restaurants and other attractions. Room was very comfortable. Husband loved the Kingsize bed and roomy shower.

The worst bed I ever slept in.
I could not stand another night in that bed it killed my back so bad, ihad to check out two days early. Your co. would not give me any of my pre paid money back.

I had a family emergency and was not able make use of the reservation I made. The hotels policy was no refunds for a confirmed reservation no exceptions. If this is howvthey choose to operate their hotel is will vhoise to never stay their or ant other Hamton Inn.
The stay was very pleasant.
