Bathroom was well designed for accessible needs. Nice to have a microwave and small ‘fridge. Very up to date with plenty of outlets for charging devices. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was immaculate.

First rate service and facility.

Since we have moved from SJ to Santa Rosa, each time we come back to SJ for business or pleasure, we stay at the Hampton on Cherry Ave. Each time we travel we bring our dog and he is welcome! In August we lost our 13 year old Lab and in late September we welcomed a new family member, a pup. Your desk staff noticed the change and grieved with us. And then Cookie went and got the puppy a beautiful toy and treats so far above and beyond we were speechless. Marie and all your desk staff is SO helpful no matter what the need. We appreciate your entire team housekeeping, maintenance and kitchen team members have ALL given us a hand when we needed it and are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. From the time we walk into the lobby we feel relaxed and glad to be in our second home. Thank you so much for making two seniors and their pup feel so welcome.
