When we checked in, front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful!

All good except the woman at the front desk when we were leaving. She refused to even acknowledge us. She just glared. Strange.

We’ve been staying at this hotel every year for our annual Michigan trip for several years now, and it has become our go-to place to stay. The hotel is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes for a relaxing visit every time. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One thing we especially appreciate is the complimentary breakfast. It’s always well-stocked, and there’s always an attendant making sure everything stays clean, replenishing the food, greeting guests with a smile, and checking to make sure everyone has what they need. Those little interactions really make you feel welcome. It’s the consistent quality and excellent customer service that keep us coming back year after year. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next Michigan trip!

Pool could be warmer, it’s always cold, I think it states heated pool but if not all good, everything else is great. Love the breakfast options, always clean, friendly staff. We always use this hotel when visiting.
