You was not ready for use.
No hair dryer, no luggage rack, shower and sink drain problems, room was too dark needed another lamp, did not honor Hilton Honor members if they booked through a 3rd party even tho they realize many guests think they are making the reservation through the hotel!

We lost our power and stayed there for one night with our lab puppy. Front desk and another employee came up with dog treats right away. Very nice.

The rooms and facilities are heated both for business meetings, travelling business people, and single and family travellers as well.
The continental breakfast is the best I’ve seen!
Room heaters and air conditioners are very quiet compared to most other hotel rooms.
The off-season pricing was really fair, too, and offered us the best value, period.

Nice staff, rooms are nice. The TV wasn’t able to connect to the internet so we were unable to watch tv. Staff attempted to get it working but were unable to, Otherwise nice stay.

There needs to be a washer and dryer. The pool wasn’t working. Most families look forward to that. I guess for a Hilton I expect more.
