Location was great. Close to the freeway and a variety of dining options nearby as well as other conveniences like groceries and gas. Busy area.

Our stay started with a 15 minute wait for someone to show up to the front desk. Immediately upon dropping our luggage in the room, a panel fell off the wall exposing cords and wires. We couldn't get it back on. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower weren't working so I had to pry them off the wall to get them to work. The shampoo needed the spout jostled to get it working, and the conditioner was out. I discovered this while I was in the shower so there was no making it right. At one point I dropped some pills on the floor, while I was picking them up I saw how filthy it was under the beds. They need to vacuum under there. It's kind of not a big deal, but not really professional that one of the employees behind the desk wore jeans instead of any kind of uniform. Only one employee there greeted us when we passed the front desk, we were otherwise ignored. The trash can in the room was very small and divided in half so very little fit in it. We had to dispose of our trash in a can out by the ice machine. The view out our window was of a dilapidated house with garbage and cars in the yard. They need to plant some trees or something to block this. The breakfast was good though!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such friendly service, the room was exceptionally clean compared to most that I’ve stayed in and for what we needed it was very conveniently located for shopping The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was pretty decent if I do say so myself We will definitely be staying here again

Great buffet selections, good price and great location, front desk staff are smiling and welcoming, we would like to commend Axel at the front desk who was helpful and always happy to assist.
