Requested room away from stairs and elevator and was put in a room across from stairwell. When I mentioned it to clerk, she acted as if she didn’t care.
Hampton Inns are my go to places to stay so this was unusual.

Nice updated rooms, breakfast was great. Rooms were fairly clean although we found 3 lady bugs in ours. Gym was great and super clean. Pool was good but not as clean as we had hoped. Location is great. Free electric car charging always available. Would definitely stay again.
