Very nice room and hotel.

I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn in locations in Phoenix and after my experience at your Biltmore location, I will only stay here in the future! Rebecca the front desk host was amazing!

Clean employees very nice.

First impression at check in was welcoming and informative.

The executive suite was okay. It had quite a bit of room, but definitely wasn't maintained like it should be. The couch pull out bed was horrible. It was concave and awful to sleep on. The shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall but the conditioner was upside down and wouldn't come out. It was funny but also annoying. The AC was amazing! The pool was fun! The windows looking at the pool from the hall were cool. The breakfast was great! The complimentary water bottles and fruit and cookies and candy were lots of fun for my kids.

Clean room, quiet, great location

Had a good stay room was nice clean hotel inside looked really good outside not much to it got there and the pool was down was not notified at all about that. Kind of disappointing.

We arrived in Phoenix very late and simply needed a place to rest for the night before continuing our trip. Thankfully, this hotel fit the bill perfectly. The property layout is a little unique, but everything appeared to be well-maintained and in good condition. Our room was spacious, clean, and inviting. With the three-hour time difference working against us, we didn't get nearly as much sleep as we would have liked, but the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The front desk associate who checked us in wasn't quite as welcoming as I've come to expect from Hampton Inn properties, though she was courteous and efficient. On the other hand, the associate who checked us out provided that extra touch of hospitality and friendliness that really leaves a positive impression. Overall, this was a solid choice for a quick overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, and convenient—exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.
