I and My sister and I are here as a result of a house fire and I so appreciated the kindness and understanding of Joshua, who was the desk clerk when we checked in. High stars! I had trouble getting my kindle to get on the WiFi. While that was never solved, I thank Tia for working to try to find a fix. Breakfast is very good and a great way to start the day.

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was very welcoming. The front desk person (Joshua) was SO friendly and we immediately loved him! The room was warm, bed was comfortable, the room was clean and we had a lovely overnight stay.

This facility was sub-par for hotels of this character. The room was lacking in several respects: no ice bucket or cups in the room, the phone for calling the front desk was not working, and the seat on the john was not secure, so there was a tendency to slide from one side to the other when sitting down.
Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location close to major highways. I would look for another place to stay the next time I'm in the area.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the pool, after a day of traveling it was so nice to relax. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options. There was something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel lobby was bright and looked like a typical Hampton Inn, but the hallways seemed dark. The lighting was bad and the room itself had poor lighting. Just seemed as though it needed an update. A room also had a dank smell to it. Almost smelled like smoke although the room was listed as non-smoking. The person working at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, and brought us air freshener directly to our room as the hotel was booked and there wasn’t any other room for us to go to. The bathroom was also excessively large and there were no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang a towel. The room was clean, but it didn’t feel particularly warm and welcoming.
