The personnel were extremely warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rest was awful. My hotel room was grimy - stained, sticky carpet, mildew stains on the wall paper from apparent water damage upstairs, stained shower curtain and spots of feces in the toilet. The computer in the business center would not work, the door to the fitness center would not open and the coffee was weak. I bought disinfectant and wiped and sprayed EVERYTHING. The only reason I stayed was because I was exhausted from my drive - a 7 hour drive took 11 hours. The morning of my departure the elevator was broken and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs. I truly believe I deserve a refund.

Property relies on name and offers a budget motel at a premium price. Almost unbelievable for a Hampton Inn. Shop worn furniture in the lobby, room carpet heavily soiled, no Kleenex tissue in the bathroom, used soap left over from prior guest, room shades were improvised vinyl sheets, and
no coffee (or tea) with the breakfast as the sign said the coffee maker was broken.
