We enjoyed the hotel for three nights. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an early morning appointment at Domino Farms. Staying close by was perfect for me.

The room was clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when it was a Hampton Inn. The change to the new owners was recent (June 2024) and the main change so far is the "excuse our dust" signs. The rooms are still comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The breakfasts remain reasonably good and the fitness room, although small was welcome for me although I never saw anyone else there. The one negative that we noticed was that the water, especially in the shower, felt really slippery and left us with the feeling that we could not rinse the soap off. I suspect that a new water softener was installed and it is going overboard. I would have reported this to someone at the front desk when we left but there was no one there. Lastly, for management, the light at the entrance to our room did not go on when I threw the switch and, (small thing), the TV remote needs new batteries. We will stay there in the future and hope to see you make this hotel even better.

From the greeting when I came in to the time I left,my experience was great. Clean room, comfortable temperature and service to help with my TV was great and friendly. Planning on more stays.

Overall the hotel was ok. We were very excited to go swimming but we were informed at check in the pool was closed for a deep cleaning. I wish we knew ahead of time, we would have changed hotels. The room was clean but the vent in my bathroom is really what needed a deep cleaning. Then on our last night, we were woken up (4:45 am) to the sound of the smoke detector going off in the empty room next door. The desk clerk was able to disconnect it within about 10 minutes but falling back asleep was difficult. I expressed my disappointment at check out about the pool & noise but was only given an apology I was really hoping for some sort of discount.

Went the extra mile to get item back to me that i had left in my room! Thanks to all that helped.

Clean, quiet and reasonably priced! Close to University of Michgan Hospital.

This is the only place I will stay while dealing with U Of M Hospital. They are the kindest most compassionate people at this hotel. Rooms are perfect.
