Your hotel was clean, the employees were professional and friendly. Our hotel room was all that I would’ve expected. I would recommend this place to my friends.

The building as a whole was rundown, but the room was nice. The air conditioning was excellent and everything in the room was very clean and well taken care of. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Too bad the hallways looked so rough.

The fact that I was able to book well in advance for a decent price was a plus. The issue I had is; I booked 3 rooms, 2 queen beds in each room, but only received 2 rooms with 2 queen beds with the 3rd room with a king bed and pull out sofa. I would think by booking 8 months in advance, I would have the 3 rooms I reserved.

Looked like the hotel is undergoing maintenance, and had lots of dust and smudges on the elevator walls and outside. The bath amenities were not refilled but the front desk was very helpful and replaced them. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Our room wasn’t ready 4 hours after check in with 4 other family’s waiting as well. When I called to complain the manager said there was nothing that could be done about that weekend. When I asked for corporate I was told the only person I could talk to was the manager. Worst costumer service I’ve ever witnessed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! It’s gross and so is management.

The pool and breakfast area are under maintenance which was not mentioned at the time of booking. The hotel is very tired and worn with paint coming off the ceiling, the bathroom falling apart and the blinds broken.

This property is extremely outdated. For the prices they are charging you would expect a lot more. The blinds in our room were broke and a rectangle has been cut out leaving a hole where people could see in. Carpet was disgusting throughout the entire hotel. Would not spend another penny to stay here again until updates are made. The staff was very friendly though.

I arrived at this hotel with a reservation that I had paid for through a third-party booking service. When I got there, the staff told me they had no record of the reservation and no room available. It was extremely unnerving to arrive expecting a room that had already been paid for, only to find myself stranded and searching for other accommodations at the last minute. They informed me the third-party never contacted them. Regardless of who was responsible it was a terrible situation to be in. I was not driving, I also had to pay the unexpected cost of taking a Lyft to another property. I do appreciate that the staff allowed me to sit in the lobby while I worked to find somewhere else to stay. However, the lack of coordination between the hotel and the third-party booking service caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. I would advise travelers booking through a third party to confirm room availability directly with this property before they arrive.
