I had a very easy time checking in and checking out
Your hotel was clean, the employees were professional and friendly. Our hotel room was all that I would’ve expected. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Overall, my experience was very pleasant. Only one thing was missing: a light-filtering curtain, or else there’s simply full sun or full darkness.

The room was perfect for the purpose I needed it. Just to sleep when I’m not at work. The room was clean aside from a stained extra blanket in the closet. There was no breakfast just coffee & water. Staff was friendly. The pool stated to be out of order. The gym looked to have minimal equipment. But the bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge & microwave so I was all set.

The room was clean and neat. Overall the place could use some updating but it was a very nice, pleasant stay.

I booked this property for a seven-night stay when it had a different name, but before my stay, it changed hands. I was not notified of any change and only found out because when I went to get my directions in my maps app, the property showed as “Permanently Closed.” It took many attempts to reach a person at the hotel, but when I finally did, I was assured that all was well, they just had new ownership, my reservation was still there, and everything was fine. When I arrived, though … nope. The hotel was clearly going through transition — no signage, abandoned restaurant next door, poor exterior lighting, sparse lobby, no breakfast, soiled carpet, peeling wallpaper, rusted non-functioning ice machine on my floor. I had to stay two nights until another hotel had availability. They charged the full rate I had originally booked even though the current rate at the time of the stay was half what I was paying. I was told that despite the changes, there could not be any discount on existing reservations. The staff were friendly, but the whole experience was unpleasant. I will be returning to the area in the future, but I will definitely NOT be staying here.

Easy parking, great price, great area to take a morning walk

First off, the hotel is going through new ownership, remodel and transition. The parking lot was quite awful with potholes. No breakfast was served. The pool was closed. HOWEVER, the staff was exemplary. So friendly, helpful and apologetic for the transition woes we experienced. Brendan greeted us warmly, Marlin was so very helpful as well as the young lady. We were there for two nights. The room was comfortable even though the aluminum mini blinds were damaged. There are no room darkening shades or curtains, but it was dark enough for us. There were dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door and when we went to the desk to get two more sets and reported it, Marlon was very apologetic and told us to put them outside the door: he would retrieve. We did and he did. Major renovations will be happening soon as the new ownership just took possession a week ago. Rooms and the lobby will be renovated as well as the pool. The parking lot will be resurfaced. This will be branded as a Hilton hotel. For the price, our stay was comfortable and pleasant, and we are looking forward to its revival.

Great

We must have come at a bad time because there were no amenities at all. No complimentary breakfast, the fitness room had OUT OF ORDER equipment and the pool was closed. No staff at the desk but arrived after ringing a bell. Had a room on the 3rd floor. A truck ran its engine behind our room half of the night. We stayed 2 nights because we had prepaid but we never saw housekeeping. Didn’t even get fresh towels. It actually felt like we were the only ones in the building. Strangest hotel experience I have ever had.

We’ve stayed before and it’s a fine hotel but we were upset to go online for directions and Google maps said the hotel was permanently closed. I understand it’s under transfer to a new owner but the website should be updated correctly. Plus, we paid for three morning breakfasts and that’s been cut out even though that’s what we agreed to.
