Reasonable holiday pricing and great location
I was happy there was availability over the Thanksgiving holiday (Wed. Fri.), especially since I forgot that the U of M vs. OSU game was in Ann Arbor the following Saturday. Though there was likely some holiday upcharging, the rate was still fair. The room was clean and the staff was responsive to my request for a replacement coffeemaker. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with variety provided over our two day stay. The breakfast space, though on the smaller side, was well monitored by the staff, who turned the tables over rapidly while still following cleanliness and sanitation protocols. The breakfast staff is so efficient that the space never felt crowded, though it was busy.

Outdated musty smelling room, stained and uncomfortable beds, mold in the shower, one out of four working ice machines, and to top it off, they increased my nightly rate after confirming a lower price and never informed me, then wouldn’t lower it back. Would never stay here again.

The rooms weren't clean--cabinets were dirty and rugs felt dirty to walk on. Containers in the bathroom were empty--no shampoo, conditioner, soap

Breakfast is pretty standard for a Hilton.
The facility is getting older but the staff does a great job taking care of it.
One of the ice machines were down when I was there.

My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable so no complaints there. However, the pool and surrounding area was dirty, there were no towels on the shelf (even though another swimmer said she had requested some an hour earlier) and the breakfast was just sad for a Hampton Inn. It was a tiny, crowded area and poorly stocked.
