Not staying in Hampton Inn ever!

Hotel needed more light the rooms were dark and elevators kept breaking down but would stay again.

The room was clean and the front desk lady that checked us in was very friendly. The elevators were a little scary, and the first floor hallway could use some new carpet.

Arrived to check in, received key cards to the first room. Key cards did not work. Provided key cards to a second room. Room was not clean, a used rag still on the side of the tub among other issues. The A/C did not work. Were provided key cards to a third room and were able to finally get settled in for the weekend. Location was great for the plans we had. The outside swimming pool was green. Our trip was in June 2026

The hotel was about 1 mile from the brave stadium and made for an easy walk, but the building itself needs to be kept up better. The bathroom in our hotel room was below standard. The floors looked and felt dirty. The bathtub did not drain properly. Would not recommend.

I would not stay here again. I always thought Hampton Inn’s were all nice. This place needs some updates. The room was so humid my clean clothes were damp. The room also had a musty smell to it. The water also did not go down well in the shower. I don’t like spending money on a room and not being satisfied.

Hilton should be ashamed of this property. It was like a bad Motel 6, not a Hampton. Missing carpet tiles, holes in the walls, paint peeling from the ceiling.

Quick trip. Slightly unkempt. Still great!

I have stayed at this property several times over the years..But will never stay here again.. When you exited the elevator on the 3rd floor there was something spilled everywhere and there was barely room to even walk around it, I told the staff and it stayed that way until after we checked out. The bathtub had not been cleaned and had mold around the ceiling, A full length mirror had been installed in the room and the trim was falling off. The coffee maker was missing parts. On the main floor several pieces of carpet had been cut out and bare concrete was showing, The carpet was disgusting on the first floor and the 3rd floor. The ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor. The walls are so beaten up that it looks like a run down property.
