Fire alarm sounded

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience my family and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, customer service was disappointing. The front desk was frequently closed, and when staff were available, they were rude and seemed bothered by basic guest requests. After using the same towels for four days, I requested fresh towels and was told I had to bring the dirty ones downstairs and wait for them to be washed and dried before I could receive replacements. When I explained that we had already been using them for several days, the front desk employee responded that I “shouldn’t have them dirty if I wanted to use them.” That level of service is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room had a strong odor, including the smell of marijuana throughout the property. We saw roaches in both the room and the hallways. The sheets did not smell or feel clean, making it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. The lack of attention to detail, poor housekeeping standards, and unprofessional staff made what should have been a family trip extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or welcoming place to stay.

Breakfast can improve.

There was no privacy on the bathroom 1,sliding door. Digital key made it very convenient. Overall it was a great stay.
