We stayed one night and it was perfect! However, due to the Microsoft glitch they were unable to issue keys. Kayla was taking each guest and handled it wonderfully and was very gracious about the problem.
Disappointed with the Little Things.
Normally I am not critical, but my stay didn't meet my standards. The front desk staff was great, as was the housekeeping. A few issues stand out that should be addressed: my shower water temperature was luke warm at best. Very disappointed each time. This might be considered "picky," but the shelf on the wall that housed the linens was way too high. I could barely reach and had to use a hanger to drag the washcloths from the top shelf! This is easily remedied. Place the body lotion container to the other wall and lower the shelf. The next short person will thank you immensely!
