We are handicapped seniors who enjoyed the hospitality and understanding of the Hampton staff while we were in Baltimore to visit nearby family. We were allowed to check in late and to change rooms for one more suitable for our needs. We liked the complimentary breakfast and helpfulness of the parking valet. The close proximity of Picles and other bars/grills is another plus.
Clean, great location.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel room was clean.

We love that it is in easy walking down to Camden Yards and M&T stadiums. Local pub. Pickles Pub is right there.

Pros: the front desk staff was great- friendly & helpful, decent breakfast, decent warm pool, huge room.
Cons: pull out bed hadn't had sheets changed and they were visibly dirty (they did immediately come to change them), chip crumbs on bathroom floor, shower floor wasn't super clean, room had a little funky smell, have to pay for parking (metered or $45 for valet/parking garage)

The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Lady had our bags ready before we could ask upon returning to lobby before our departure. Easy walk from Inner Harbor and tram. Most convenient to catch a ballgame.
