As Hamptons go, it was okay I have stayed in better ones. It needs some refreshing. It smelled a little funny. Not terrible but not crisp and clean. It was clean but just something different. Hard to put my finger on it. Location is great and served our purpose. Would stay again but not one of my favorite places.

In a state of decline. The carpeting is very worn, and the tile in the bathroom requires repair. Plumbing fixtures need replacement. The elevators were incredibly loud. Breakfast service was understaffed.
