Great hotel experience!
Josh, front desk clerk provided excellent customer service; very polite and professional. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast attendant was pleasant and kept all items stocked and at appropriate temperature. The manager, James, was cordial and oversaw operations keenly. Will be back to this location.
Beautiful Hotel & Excellent Staff!
Car troubles left us overnight in Slidell and the folks at the hotel were terrific when we arrived after a day on the road. We slept well, had breakfast and they sent us on our way with on the go snack bags. Super friendly, beautiful hotel rooms.

The room was sooooo musty and full of mildew that I had to leave and get another room at another hotel. Spent about three hours in the room and it got to the point where I almost couldn’t breathe. Bathroom was disgusting as were the appliances and carpet. Would never ever stay there again. Only good thing was the guy at the front desk. He was very nice and accommodating but that doesn’t make up for anything I described above.
