The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the fan in the room wasn’t working properly.

Harry greeted me with the smile and a polite welcome ! He acknowledged my Honors member status and provided the room in the quiet part of the hotel, just like I requested.
The stay was pleasant and the room was tidy and clean!

I called the hotel the day I was going to arrive and told them that I would be checking in late as my flight arrived at 10:30 PM. They said that they would note this on my reservation that I already paid for. When we got there they had given my room away. I was traveling with my adult son and we reserved a room with two queen beds. They were going to let us walk away and at the last minute they said, wait I have a room with a King bed available, to which we had to take as we had no alternative so late at night. Not very happy to say the least! They told me that it was because I booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel.
