We had to make some changes to our reservation and the staff was very helpful and everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and the room was great. No complaints.

Very quiet, quality breakfast, excellent staff.

I travel and stay at the Hampton Inn West Lakeside about every 10 weeks for a medical procedure. I am always greeted warmly and the staff goes above and beyond to help with any needs I might have. I always feel safe and secure when I’m at the Hampton Inn and I can recommend it to anyone traveling around the Omaha area.

Breakfast, room and employees were all excellent. I had difficulty understanding the person making the reservation due to a foreign accent but he was courteous and probably not from the hotel itself.

Young lady at Front Desk on Wednesday night was excellent! Polite,very thorough on all aspects of the hotel. As an X GM at two Hampton Inn's. I'm observant! She passed all inspection QA standards as well she's frindly with a warm personality! Wish I remembered her name. Wednesday the 27th!

My room was very nice, staff was great, courteous and friendly. Breakfast was decent. Overall rating I give them 8.8.

We arrived on Friday, April 11th. My husband pulled back the bed covers and a large chunk of food flew out. As it was late and no one was at the front office we went to bed. Upon waking in the morning we pulled the covers back to get up and more food fell out. We immediately went to the front desk to talk about this matter. The front desk personnel apologized and said the sheets would be changed. Obviously the sheets weren’t changed before we arrived. This was not a healthy situation. The pool and hot tub was also not clean. There were hotel towels floating in the pool and dirty towels in the elevator from the night before. Due to health. Concerns with food in the bed we would like compensation for the nights we stayed. This was disappointing. Sincerely Kristin Cote’ [email protected] Thank you.
