Power went out at 2:00 am. Could not use the C pap machine. It was hot. No battery lights in the bathroom or stairs, very dangerous. No breakfast or coffee. They need a generator. I would like a refund.

The lady (Jennifer) at the front was not friendly or even greeted me. She needs some training!!
The staff taking care of the hotel was the best I’ve seen in the many years of traveling world wide. Very friendly and eager to accommodate. I was impressed!!
