Your people I encountered were quite good. Kiai, the night clerk, was most helpful. A couple of things, however. It takes two remotes to operate the TV: one for changing channels and one for volume. Plastic drinking cups would be nice. The only cups available were the paper ones at the coffee machine.

Thank you for allowing pets, The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to have a new key made and the staff member was very friendly. Also, staff members were very helpful upon arrival. My husband misplaced my luggage and my hanging clothes. Several staff members helped me locate it.The staff is one of the best I have seen.
